Membership Process
The membership process at the Hubli Gymkhana Club is a structured and prestigious procedure designed to maintain the club's values and exclusivity. Prospective members must first secure recommendations from two existing members of the club. These recommending members act as sponsors, vouching for the applicant’s character and suitability for the club’s culture.
Once the application, along with these endorsements, is submitted, it undergoes a review by the Scrutiny Committee. This committee evaluates the applicant's credentials, ensuring alignment with the club’s standards and ethos.
Following the committee's approval, the candidate is subjected to a ballot process, a democratic voting system where existing club members cast their votes. This step serves as a collective decision-making process, allowing members to voice their agreement or objections. The outcome of the ballot determines whether the candidate is admitted to the club.
This rigorous procedure underscores the club’s commitment to upholding its traditions, fostering a sense of camaraderie among like-minded individuals, and maintaining the integrity of its community.
